General Terms and Conditions for using the platform veloft.eu
Scope and Subject Matter
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the portal veloft.eu, operated by Sivanantham Sinthujan. Our portal offers digital customer consultation, configurators, and technical data processing for modern modular homes.
Our Role as Broker & Marketing Partner
We act exclusively as a brokerage portal and marketing service provider for affiliated manufacturers of modular homes and tiny houses. We merely broker the initial contact and process your inquiry information.
Important notice regarding home purchase:
We do not sell any real estate, plots, or modular homes ourselves. The legally binding purchase or construction contract for the house is concluded exclusively and directly between you (the customer) and the respective manufacturer.
Veloft AI Design Studio, Chat Consultation & Visualizations

They do not constitute legally verified plans, structural calculations, binding contract offers, or execution-ready architectural drawings. We assume no liability for the factual accuracy of the information provided via chat, the actual structural feasibility, compliance with local building regulations, or structural requirements of the generated designs.
Limitation of Liability
Since we do not become a contracting party for the house purchase or construction work, we assume no liability for defects, construction delays, warranty claims, or other contractual breaches of duty by the home manufacturers. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence within the scope of providing the digital consultation platform.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this user relationship is Hanover, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable after the contract is concluded, the validity of the remaining GTC remains unaffected.
Paid Services (Veloft Pro)
In addition to the free basic services, we offer a paid membership 'Veloft Pro'. This provides access to advanced AI tools (e.g. AI Planner, AI Modeler).
Payment is made as a monthly subscription (19 € / month). The subscription automatically renews for another month unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is possible at any time via account settings or email.
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider Stripe.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (EU AI Act)
Our services utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to generate 3D layouts and architectural designs. By using our service, you acknowledge that the provided plans and answers are generated algorithmically and may deviate from exact physical or structural specifications.
The AI results serve as inspiration and planning aids and do not replace a professional structural or architectural assessment. Liability for the structural enforceability of the AI models is expressly excluded.
Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
Wichtiger Hinweis
When using our paid PRO services, you expressly agree that we will begin executing the contract (providing the AI service) before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that by giving this consent, your fourteen-day right of withdrawal irrevocably expires with the first use of the AI function.
